Our Regional Finance Team is seeking a highly motivated Finance Controlling Senior Manager to oversee the Q-Commerce controllers of a portfolio of countries as well as provide value-added analysis contributing to important business decisions with key stakeholders. The Finance Controlling Senior Manager is based in the Singapore and will report to the Finance Controlling Lead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Business partnering activities with local and regional stakeholders for APAC markets and all businesses under the Q-Commerce space
- Be part of a lean high-powered Regional Finance Team, having a strong understanding of finance processes and overseeing matters relating to finance accounting standards and processes and month-end closing activities
- Ensure financial reports are produced accurately and in timely manner.
- Point-of contact in matters relating to process optimisation and standardisation, enhance reporting efficiency such as implementing new accounting processes and reporting guidelines
- Partner with FP&A and Business Insights team to provide accurate and value-added analysis that impacts best estimates, budget and forecasting
- Oversee financial and information analysis, measure the financial impact from a broad range of variables and key indicators.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, systems implementation and continually automate/streamline processes to improve business efficiency in the region.
- Assist local stakeholders on group accounting policies, audit, tax and other statutory requirements if necessary

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in finance/accounting preferably from audit firm/inhouse role.
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Practical knowledge of IFRS, ACCA/CPA/ACA qualifications are preferred.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Highly proficient in advanced Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, vLookups etc.) & SAP system.
- Proficient in business English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical abilities.
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, e-commerce/technology environments is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Positive working attitude, demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
