APAC Payroll Coordinator

Our team in Singapore supports a fantastically diverse range of clients across the APAC region to deliver a seamless and consistent payroll service via our established network of in-country payroll partners.

And now for the technical bit...

You'll be the focal point for your own portfolio of clients, understanding their requirements and working with our in-country payroll partners to ensure that the client receives the right outcome, every time. It's a fast-paced coordination role, working with clients and partners across multiple countries, troubleshooting problems where they arise and making sure we maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect from us.
- Working closely with our in-country partners, you’ll be maintaining great relationships and processes to ensure that client payrolls are delivered on time and accurately
- You’ll also be end to end processing Singapore and Hong Kong payrolls
- You’ll be coordinating and controlling data flows and exchanges, as per the agreed payroll calendar, setting up new clients and being the focal point for any queries
- Ensuring systems and tools are up-to-date and accurate, you’ll be preparing payroll calendars, checklists and data sheets, and ensuring we have the most up-to-date information
- You’ll coordinate and host client calls to ensure that our service delivery is on track and that we are able to identify any opportunities for improvements
- You’ll also prepare monthly governance reports by client and by country, ensuring that all monthly paperwork is completed accurately and on time

This is a really client centric role, so you'll have fantastic customer service skills and a knack for numbers, as well as the ability to manage a really varied workload with a lot of client and partner interaction.
- Self-motivated with a passion for great service delivery
- Passion for numbers with some experience in either a payroll position, or from another financial background
- As this role will interact with clients and partners across the APAC region, having Japanese, Korean, Chinese and other language skills would be really advantageous
- An unusually high attention to detail and a persistent problem solver
- Organised and structured approach to your work
- Really good with systems, data bases and software packages
- Naturally good communication skills, and great builder of relationships
