Singapore TEMPSERV PTE. LTD. Full time

Providing 1st - 3rd level support to end users (PCs / Laptops / Servers / Printers / Project Management).
- Troubleshooting of hardware / software / maintenance / updates.
- Installation and configuration of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other PC peripherals.
- Support / administration for Windows Server / Desktop Operating Systems, domains, networking, MS Office 365, VM, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, firewall, etc.
- Maintaining IT assets inventory. (hardware / software)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Computer Studies / Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT working experience
- Possess good written / oral communication and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to work on weekends, Public Holidays, after office hours as and when necessary
- Able to go onboard vessels at shipyard / anchorage
- Working knowledge of MS SQL Server
