Business Analyst

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team to support project roll-outs and provide training to the ground team and perform analysis on project outcomes. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our data center facilities. Your expertise in data analysis and business processes will be instrumental in optimizing our operations and driving strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities**
Problem Solving/Assessment
- Determines and applies appropriate methodologies and tools for analyzing a range of standard, functional and/or cross-functional issues related to Data Center operations
- Helps identify process gaps and issues in a Data Center environment
- Determines and utilizes appropriate methodology including Lean Six Sigma where appropriate

Project Management
- Supports project and resource planning
- Works with stakeholders to gain alignment through implementation and post-implementation stages
- Communicates team progress
- Applies appropriate project management skills and best practices including Lean Six Sigma
- Helps identify risks and issues

Cost/Benefit Analysis and Monitoring
- Conducts pre and post implementation analysis for project roll-outs
- Monitors expected benefits and actual results

Implementation and Change Management
- Updates process and procedural documentation
- Records and archives change management activities

Reporting and Metrics
- Status reporting providing periodic project updates, highlighting risks, issues and concerns
- Performs ad-hoc reporting

Alignment, Consistency & Prioritization
- Assists in assessing priority based on fit to agreed organizational criteria
- Escalates disagreements to more senior members
- Participates in cross functional discussions to drive issues, challenges and prioritization efforts

Business Requirements, Functional Design and Process Design
- Obtains, creates and documents business requirements engaging multiple stakeholders
- Supports in developing cross-functional business required document
- Manages developing functional business required document
- Works with the Business System Analyst's and Development team on solution design and development
- Reviews functional design
- Partners with stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas
- Utilizes Lean Six Sigma methodology, supporting the design or improvement of business processes

Stakeholder Management
- Maps out stakeholder lists and establishes stakeholders' needs
- Escalates to resolve basic stakeholder issues

Testing
- May perform user acceptance testing
- May be responsible for ensuring User Acceptance Testing is fully planned and executed
- Assesses testing progress

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years experience in Data Center Operations or Business Data Analytics preferred
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Yellow belt in Six Sigma preferred
