My client is a globally recognised Cyber Security firm who have built a long list of clients from enterprise and SMB markets. That growth has culminated with them needing to hire a new Customer Success Manager.
**Your new role**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients for the firm
- Look at ways to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Act as the point of contact between clients and functional departments
- Develop and execute strategies that contribute to key metrics - retention, up-selling
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Account management/ inside sales experience in cybersecurity industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with C-level executives
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
