**Customer Service Executive Job Description**
- Prepare quotation and proposal accurately according to company standards to meet customers’ requirements.
- Understanding customers’ needs to offer the right solutions and support.
- Accurately respond to customers’ requirements within the stated time frames (requests for quotes, order processing, product information, order tracking details)
- Providing documentation, coordination, and follow up for inside sales enquiries.
- Assist CS manager on quotations/margin calculation and maintain CS related documents via digital filing.
- Close communication with customers, finance and logistics on invoicing, goods delivery, and AR collection.
- Perform order processing and tracking with follow up to ensure order fulfilment.
- Coordination with customers for pre and post sales matters.
- Resolve customers’ order issues and complaints.
- Assist with light sorting and packing whenever necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and solutions.
- Customer service minded and a drive for support & continuous improvement.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin)
- On the job training will be provided.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in engineering-related fields or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year inside sales and customer service support experience.
