**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- 1.Content Creation
- 2.Internal Briefings
- Assist in creating informative and engaging internal briefing materials for stakeholders and team members to keep them informed about the progress.
- 3.Project Updates
- Help track milestones and developments within the team and craft clear, impactful messaging for regular updates to internal teams and external audiences.
- 4.Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with various stakeholders and end-users, both internally and externally, to ensure content is aligned with project goals and messaging is consistent across all channels.
- 5.Documentation and Reporting
- Assist in documenting key project milestones, creating summaries of progress, and producing reports that highlight the transformation’s impact on the organization.
- 6.Content Strategy Support
- Help develop content strategies for ongoing communication efforts to maintain engagement with stakeholders and audiences throughout the transformation journey.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple content pieces simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
