JR63529 INTERN - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ENGINEER

**Digital Transformation Engineer**:
As a Digital Transformation Engineer at Micron, you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing strategic initiatives to transform our supply chain operations. You will be part of the Digital Transformation team collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement in our supply chain operations. A core element of this role is leverage on your function expertise to drive effective implementation of transformation initiatives for new processes, new ways of working and tools across the business and be a key change agent among the key users and end users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and activities to identify areas for efficiency improvement and transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize feasible solutions (process, system, report), define scope, gather business requirements, and lead partnership on developing the solution.
- Provide support on modeling new/changed workflow and testing changes with key users.
- Measure and track the impact and effectiveness of business transformation initiatives.
