- **Quality Control**:Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes to maintain high standards.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor stock levels, manage ingredients, and coordinate with suppliers for fresh and timely deliveries.
- **Kitchen Hygiene**:Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen by adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cook specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods.
