Job Purpose

To manage the continuing education associate psychology professional certificates at the Department of Psychology. The new Executive will handle all administrative aspects of these professional certificates, including admissions, support for the conduct of workshops, liaison with external funding agencies, and programme evaluation.

Note:
**Responsibilities**:
Admissions

Support the conduct of workshops

Booking of training venuesCarrying out safe distancing measures for participantsAttendance taking for participants (preventing participants attended without payment)Liaising with FASS and the caterers for the setup and set down

Post-workshop admin

Consolidating assessment results from trainersIssuing of individual workshop certificates to participantsTracking participants that complete the necessary combination of workshops for a professional certificateDisseminating of training materials and additional resources from trainersConsolidating and analysing workshop feedback and evaluation questionnaires

Trainer admin

Invoicing, procurement of services, payment of trainer feesHR admin for external trainers

General Finance Admin

Setting up the WBS account for the coursesMaking claims for all expenditure

Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs)-Charities Capability Fund (VCF) admin

Reporting of attendance and results to the funding bodyReceiving letters of employer endorsements from participants and submitting these to the funding body

Other duties and responsibilities to facilitate the running of the workshops.

Ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.Qualifications and Competencies
