**Responsibilities**:

- To drive growth through paid, earned and owned media channels
- Setting campaign KPIs to achieve
- Review of campaign performance reports regularly with team members on budgets and recommend optimisations to the digital campaign
- Review of campaign performance against business targets regularly to ensure that the campaign is on track to achieve the business targets
- Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
- Use a data driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance
- Work closely with various business functions to analyse paid media performance, internal data and interpret trends to identify opportunities for the business.
- To keep abreast of digital marketing trends, attribution models and implement tools to track the effectiveness of our direct / digital marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years working experience in social, media, ad agencies, or digital consultancy companies
- Proven experience in performance-based marketing or lead generation programs and delivering measurable results for B2C
- Familiar with social media platforms, KOL & community handling, and events management.
- Proficient in English speaking and written language
- Attention to details and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere in a multiple stakeholder environment
- Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources
- Capable to execute basic MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Words, Google sheets, and Google slides

**Salary**: $3,325.44 - $4,200.00 per month
