Receptionist duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide information to visitors and callers about the company and its services.
- Manage the reception area, conference room, meeting rooms and general office area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages, and handle courier deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Manage general office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed.
- Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, providing information, and offering recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a general affair, administrative, or office management role.

2. Experience in co-working or sharing office management is a plus.

3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

6. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.

8. Knowledge of general office operations, facilities management, and administrative procedures.

9. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality support.

10. Flexibility to support events after official working hours.
