**Job Description**:
You will support the team in the People & Culture Initiatives and the ongoing change management projects (E.g., Office Renovation).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conceptualization, planning and the execution of monthly employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Manage and communicate to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects
- Assist with design of communication assets e.g. EDMs, web pages on CapitaLand intranet, survey forms via use of Canva, Sharepoint and TypeForm
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Preferred studies in Human Resource, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Knowledge of use of Canva, Typeform would be advantageous
- Independent, creative and out-of-the-box thinker
- Able to multi-task and deliver work timely and accurately
