**Client**Relationship Manager, IPMI (International Private Medical Insurance)**
**What can you expect?**
- Prepare and implement business plans and goals.
- Build long-term relationships with key client decision makers and monitor changes within client organizations.
- Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are met in line with agreed service standards.
- Recognize and document revenue generation, growth, and other opportunities by actively developing additional business from existing portfolios and other sources.
- Identify and document successful account retention and defense strategies to ensure business is retained.
- Maintain awareness of potentially complicated claim-related matters and assist claims personnel in negotiating equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.
- Develop meaningful working relationships with insurers through regular contact and liaison to better serve clients.
- Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance offered by the Company and stay updated on new technical and product developments to better advise professional colleagues and clients.
**What you need to have**:
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in insurance sales, business development, and/or client relationship management.
- MAS qualification is required for this role.
