About Our Team
In this role you will be a part of a fun, supportive and professional team. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design creative sourcing strategy and build strong pipelines for specific roles.
- Conduct industry research or understand the best practices from other regions to provide market insights to hiring team.
- Support various recruiting projects and programs, such as campus and internship projects and D&I initiatives.
- Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Open to all bachelor’s and postgraduate students currently pursuing their studies, with no restrictions on disciplinary field.
- Able to commit at least 3 days per week, for 3 consecutive months.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination work.
- Self-starter who has an appetite for learning new things.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
