Strategy and Operations Analyst, Google Customer

The broader RSO organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals/execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. The team focuses on aligning the company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and helps evolve ideas into future-growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining business processes. You will be an expert on how our sales teams function. You will work to reduce the time spent on non-customer activities by improving operations based on needs. You will partner with executive stakeholders across the business and around the world to ensure the smooth execution and implementation of these solutions through the global App Dev Sales teams. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. **Responsibilities**: - Support global program and business operations by conducting analyses to enable operational processes, drive business decisions and identify and execute region-specific optimization opportunities. - Work closely with regional program managers to influence regional Application Developer sales leads on priority initiatives and enable execution of broader business strategy. - Develop compelling data-driven narratives, data visualizations, and business recommendations for regional business reviews with regional sales leadership. - Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key regional business metrics.
