This role will require you to develop solutions to ambiguous and high-visibility business challenges. You'll combine analytical and thought leadership to drive improvements across customer segmentation and prioritization, engagement strategy, and organization design. You will partner with senior stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Strategy and Operations to ensure smooth execution. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute thoughtful solutions for customer acquisition programs that prioritize customer success, while delivering measurable business growth impact to Google. - Engage Google Customer Solutions and key cross-functional senior stakeholders often, building alignment for program evolution and helping to land changes for growth. - Identify and develop go-to-market strategies and investment frameworks for untapped opportunities across the ecosystem. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Services, Agency teams, and Product Management to ensure an in-sync go-to-market strategy globally. - Act as a key contributor and part of the Global Acquisitions Programs leadership team, partnering with peers to deliver unified and cohesive solutions, hire and build teams, and grow overall team culture.
