Senior Program Manager, Transformation, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in program management across geographies working with digital transformation.
- Experience working out of client locations to run programs.
- Experience working with/on cross-functional projects or teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience implementing the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) in Service Operations space.
- Experience managing expectations, demands, and priorities of multiple internal stakeholders based on vision and success for global team health.
- Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
- Understanding of the cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various cloud offerings.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and management skills, with a focus on translating complexity to non-specialist audiences.

**Responsibilities**:
- Discuss solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners.
- Ensure high-quality risk management plans are established and manage the resolution and/or escalation of issues which may impact program objectives being met.
- Collaborate with Client and Partner Project Management Organizations (PMOs) to establish appropriate governance for all initiatives, reporting, and resource requirements.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities across the delivery triad in line with needed/agreed delivery methodologies.
