**JOB SUMMARY**
To assist the Finance Manager in the financial matters of the Company by undertaking a portfolio of accounting responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Manager.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Payment preparation, ensure AP invoices are properly recorded in the accounting system.
- Execute financial accounting activities in accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger.
- Update cash book and do bank reconciliation.
- Petty cash management.
- Assist in monthly closing including reconciliation and journal entries.
- To ensure all documents filings are done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Capable to prepare full sets of accounts.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent is necessary.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the accounting field is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint is compulsory.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and vendors).
- Possess a good working attitude and a positive mindset.
- Having prior working experience in an Accounting firm is a plus.
- Able to pay attention to details.
- Experience in handling full sets of accounts
