**Finance Responsibilities**:
1. Daily Bank Reconciliation

2. Accounts Receivable and Payable

3. Billings

4. Manage petty cash and expenses claims

5. Liaise with the Company secretary for year-end accounts reporting

6. Other Finance related duties

**Human Resource & Admin Responsibilities**:
1. Recruitment, On-boarding and off-boarding management

2. Strengthen company culture

3. Review HR policies

4. Planning of company events

5. Staff movement control

6. Submit childcare leave and NS pay with the government agencies

7. Other related duties

**Pre-requisites**:
1. Minimum Diploma and Accounting certificates

2. Experience in managing a small office is preferred but not mandatory

3. Resourceful, meticulous, detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills

4. Good working attitude and able to work independently

5. Proficient in MS Office

6. Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
