Whether you're fresh out of culinary school or you've been wrist-deep in choux pastry for a few years, we’re looking for passionate pastry talent to join our growing kitchen brigade in **South Singapore**. - Whip up an array of pastries and desserts with precision and flair
- Stick to our tried-and-true recipes and plating standards, and still get food out on time.
- Handle mise en place like a pro (or soon-to-be-pro), including batch prep for high-volume days.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and FIFO practices like they’re second nature.
- Respect and maintain kitchen equipment
- Guide junior teammates if you’re in Commis I or II

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- **Commis III**:Has completed pastry/culinary training or up to 1 year in a pastry kitchen.
- **Commis II/I**:Brings 1-3+ years of solid experience in pastries (hotels, bakeries, or restaurants welcome).
- Genuinely _loves _pastry work, wants to learn more, and plays well with others.
- Can handle shifts (AM/PM), weekends, and public holidays (don’t worry, you get your days off too).

**The Sweet Stuff (aka Perks & Pay)**:

- **Salary Range**:
Commis III: $2,200 - $2,400
Commis II: $2,350 - $2,700
Commis I: $2,500 - $3,100
**Gross up to $4,300++/month**(with OT, bonuses & allowances)
- **Sign-On Bonus**:One-month basic salary (paid in full after confirmation)
- **Schedule**:5-day work week, rotating shifts (AM/PM), weekends/public holidays included
- **Location**:South Singapore - central, convenient, and close to good coffee (yes, we checked)
