Meltwater’s Delivery Services team is responsible for curating bespoke reports and managing key projects of our biggest clients. We deliver business-essential intelligence reports based on our keen analyses of various media outlets across traditional and social media channels.

Our core competency of high adaptability to client’s requirements comes from the unique team of individuals composed of diverse insights & analytical skillsets. We always strive to break new grounds, constantly focusing on solution-oriented approaches and at the same time developing every individual to his or her full capacity.

**Role: Media Analyst (Part-Time, hourly basis) - Chinese language proficiency**

**What You'll Do**:

- Using our intuitive social listening platform to monitor, identify relevant media coverage and online conversations on key topics for the project.
- Translate media content to deliver media reporting as well as alerts to inform the client of any impending developments or crises arising in media coverage
- Ensure the accuracy and relevancy of the media coverage selected
- Execute projects to create value and efficiencies for the client and the project/operations team
- Work cohesively with project teams to ensure all deliverables and tasks are completed within a timely manner
- Coordinate with clients instantly to deliver the project deliverables

**Who You Are**:

- Professional proficiency in English and Chinese language
- Strong translation skill from Chinese language to English
- Able to work rotational part-time shifts and public holidays (Weekdays: 530PM-8PM, Weekends: 6PM-8PM)
- Attained Bachelor's Degree (in any discipline)
- Entry level / have up to 1 - 2 years of work experience
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
- Keen interest in current affairs, mainstream media, and social media
- Derive great enjoyment being in a client servicing role with a naturally strong customer focus
- Meticulous - have an eye for detail and the ability to exercise vigilance in analysis

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience in a client facing role is a plus

**Other Information**:

- Monday to Friday: 1PM - 1AM - $15/hour, 4AM to 1PM - $20/hour
- Saturday to Sunday: 1PM - 1AM - 20$/hour, 4AM to 1PM - 25$/hour
