In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. The Risk team is responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of the fraud risk framework including rule writing to ensure both users and monetary fund sources are legitimate, thus reducing fraud ,chargebacks and other malicious activities on the platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for assessing and managing the risk of credit business, ensuring the safety and stability of the business.
2. Conduct risk assessment of credit business, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies based on the results.
3. Monitor and analyze risk indicators of credit business, and alert and handle exceptions.
4. Participate in the development and implementation of credit business risk management policies and processes.
5. Collaborate with business departments and other relevant departments to jointly control and reduce business risks.
6. Regularly submit risk assessment reports and recommendations to support business decisions.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, statistics, or related fields.
2. Min 5+ years of practical experience in credit risk management, familiar with risk management in areas such as BNPL, Cash Loan, and Supply chain finance etc.
3. Solid risk management knowledge and skills, familiar with risk assessment and risk control methods and processes.
4. Excellent data analysis and statistical skills, able to skillfully use risk management tools and software.
5. Good communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with business departments and other relevant departments.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to solve problems independently and complete tasks on time.
