Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at ByteDance. - From January to June (onboard by 12 Jan 2026) - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) **Responsibilities**: - Quantitatively assess the credit risk of lending products through data analysis, and formulate corresponding risk management strategies based on the assessment results. - Monitor and analyze risk indicators of credit business, issue early warnings and handle abnormal situations in a timely manner. - Collaborate with business departments and other relevant teams to jointly control and reduce business risks. **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - Undergraduate or Master’s student majoring in Statistics, Data Science, Management Science, or other related technical disciplines; strong interest in data analysis and credit risk preferred. - Solid data analysis and statistical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Python. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with business and relevant departments. - Ability to commit to at least a 3-month internship, 2-4 days per week. **Preferred Qualifications**: - Master’s degree in Statistics or related fields. - Familiarity with credit risk management in areas such as BNPL, Cash Loan, and Supply Chain Finance preferred.
