**About the Role**

We are seeking an accomplished Lending Functional Lead with deep expertise in FIS ACBS (Asset-Core Banking System) to drive the corporate lending stream of our large-scale Core Banking Transformation program. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing the future-state lending landscape for bilateral, syndicated, and structured lending, as well as trade finance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Domain & Process Leadership**
- Lead the functional design of end-to-end corporate lending processes (origination, servicing, syndication, collateral management) within ACBS.
- Ensure alignment with risk, regulatory, and business policies (e.g., credit approval, covenant monitoring).
- Define target operating models and process improvements for lending operations.

**Solution Design & ACBS Configuration**
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ACBS configurations.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and ACBS capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and integration teams to validate solutions and manage dependencies (e.g., GL, risk systems, digital channels).

**Program Coordination**
- Act as the functional workstream lead, coordinating across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Track deliverables, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely resolution.
- Support program governance with updates, risk mitigation, and steering committee materials.
- Align with parallel streams (data migration, testing, integration).

**Stakeholder Engagement**
- Partner with stakeholders in corporate banking, risk, compliance, operations, and finance.
- Facilitate workshops and decision forums to resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Serve as the trusted SME on ACBS and lending transformation.

**Testing & Implementation**
- Oversee UAT planning and execution for lending functionalities.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities for lending portfolios.
- Ensure post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Mandatory**:

- 10+ years in corporate banking, with expertise in bilateral/syndicated lending and trade finance.
- Hands-on FIS ACBS experience (configuration, implementation, or functional support).
- 10+ years in core banking/lending transformation programs (system migration/implementation).
- Deep knowledge of lending lifecycle processes: credit origination, covenant monitoring, collateral management.
- Proven program coordination skills in multi-vendor, multi-country environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (up to C-level).

**Preferred**:

- Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and program governance tools (JIRA, Clarity).
- Familiarity with integration patterns (APIs, microservices) and surrounding systems (e.g., SAP GL, Moody’s RiskCalc).
- Certification in FIS ACBS or related corporate lending solutions.
