**Source-to-Pay Functional Lead**

Job Title: Source-to-Pay Functional Lead

Work Location: Central Area, Singapore

**About the Job**

The role is responsible for managing the organization’s Procure-to-Pay and Expense management system, provide functional and system support, troubleshooting and system optimization including recommending configuration enhancements to support adherence to procurement policy and category strategies, set up of eRFX, eAuctions and catalogues.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Support the delivery of source-to-pay optimisation initiatives including the increase of total spend through Purchase order, catalogue utilisation, and other initiatives targeted to create efficiencies and improve the end-user experience.

2. Support Procurement requirements in the Procure-to-Pay system and ensure compliance with procurement practices.

3. Perform functional setups and maintain technical documentation for Test and Production database

4. Provide functional and technical support to internal and external partners. Respond and resolve trouble tickets and escalations in a timely manner.

5. Support Internet Procurement setup and processing, which includes catalogue creation and testing, catalogue updates and audit documentation.

6. Manage B2B engagement with vendors for e-commerce using XML, EDI and other protocols for Catalogue deployments and PO transmission.

7. Provide training to peers and users on existing and planned IP/PO functionality

8. Prepare periodic and on demand reports and analytics concerning suppliers, spend, contracts, data consistency etc.

10. Partner with business stakeholders and internal team to execute enhancements to the Procure-to-Pay system to drive efficiency and effectiveness targets

**Job Requirements**:
1. Degree in IT, Computer Science, Science, Engineering or related qualification.

2. Procurement work experience is an advantage, in particular, experience with procure-to-pay systems such as Coupa and Ariba.

3. Excellent organizational, analytical, time management skills.

4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation skills with strong influencing and persuasive talents.

5. Self-motivated, takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task and prioritize a wide array of initiatives.

6. Has an aptitude for innovation.

7. High integrity and ethics.

8. Self-driven, independent and able to work under pressure

9. Ability to cope with complexity and takes initiative

10. Ability to work with others as a team player

11. Customer focus and service orientation

12. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

13. Technical knowledge of Coupa or SAP / Ariba system or experience working with Coupa or SAP system (AP) is a plus

14. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
