**The Opportunity
As the **Asia Procure-to-Pay lead **, you will play a key role in Procurement’s ongoing digital transformation, specifically around our new global Procure-to-Pay platform and associated business processes. You will be representing Asia in the design, setup and ongoing management of our new global P2P function & team. As part of our P2P implementation project, you will lead the P2P-related workstream(s) in Asia, while working with various global stakeholders (primarily in North America and Asia), including leaders, colleagues, SMEs, vendor partners, and others. Post-implementation, as part of your ongoing responsibilities, you will be Asia’s P2P function lead with the support from Global P2P Director and Asia Procurement Technology Lead. Your ultimate measure of success will be the successful internal & external adoption, use, and continuous improvement of our new P2P platform, function, and processes.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- 7+ years in large-scale P2P Global and Asia implementations and/or managing an ongoing P2P function in a regional capacity in Asia
- 4+ years people leadership experience (direct and/or matrix)
- Expert P2P workflow knowledge and experience with Agile methodology
- Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information, and make informed recommendations
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including written, verbal and visualizations / presentations
- Strong planning and organization skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Relevant accreditation (e.g: in Procurement, Supply Chain, P2P certifications, Project management, etc.) would be an asset

**On the job you will**:
**DURING P2P IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT (expected to run 12+ months)**:

- Working with the Global Executive Initiative Lead, Program Lead, Project Manager(s), our implementation partner and Asia stakeholders, understand this mandate and develop an overarching approach, using appropriate methodologies, tools and techniques
- Be the Asia lead in P2P-related functional project workstream(s) (i.e.: implementing the in-scope P2P modules, functionalities, workflows)
- Participate in all implementation phases & activities as required (e.g.: Vision, Validation/Design, Construct, Deploy, Change & Comms, Supplier & Catalog Enablement, Go-Live, etc.)
- Suggest & champion P2P best practices for Asia with alignment with Global
- In partnership with Global P2P Director and Asia Procurement Technology Lead, and others, design & implement an optimal global Procure-to-Pay function & team; this may include direct and/or matrixed reports
- Partner with other global and Asia workstream leads to achieve shared project objectives
- Help internal & external stakeholders succeed with our new P2P platform and ways of working
- Support other project activities as required

**POST-IMPLEMENTATION / ONGOING**:

- Maintain, optimize and manage exceptions for key P2P business processes in Asia:

- Requisitioning (catalog, ad-hoc, integrated from other systems, etc.)
- Purchase Orders
- Receiving
- Catalogs & pricing
- 2/3 way matching
- Partner with Asia AP for efficient invoicing & payment workflows
- Monitor Early Payments program against target outcomes; champion course corrections as needed
- Monitor tax & regulatory compliance
- Periodically review buying channels for optimization
- Ensure optimized P2P cycle times, service levels, quality, etc.
- Partner with the platform Product Owner to plan P2P product roadmap, etc.
- Partner with Asia Procurement Operations & Global counterparts to ensure streamlined workflows, effective P2P operating model, and ongoing process optimizations
- Partner with the Reporting Team to ensure accurate & meaningful P2P reporting
- Ensure compliance with applicable policies & regulations
