**About the role**:
**What you'll do**:

- Manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of E-commerce clients, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
- Bookkeeping for E-commerce clients using company internal accounting software
- Assist and educate 2 account associates/executives to complete timely bookkeeping and improve their skills
- Ensure quality accounts and reports and meet statutory deadlines
- Prepare and file unaudited reports, personal tax/GST returns, payroll and IR8A forms
- Accounts consolidation and providing advisory services to clients in the portfolio
- Coordinate and liaison with clients on accounting matters and queries, ensuring client satisfaction
- Provide feedback on company internal accounting software for improvements
- Manage and review the work of the 2 account associates/executives under them
- Give extra attention to client needs and identify areas of improvement in servicing and billing

**Who you are**:

- 1-3 years of experience in an outsourcing firm with e-commerce accounting experience will be an added advantage
- Experience with e-commerce accounting, GoogleSheets and Excel is a plus
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting and financial reporting standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team of account associates/executives
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with accounting software and ability to provide constructive feedback for improvements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
