**Job Description**:
This position will report to the VP and assist with strategic implementation of sales plans to grow the E-commerce channel (Singapore) for the consumer products division.

**Job Scope & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for achieving online sales performance targets, conversion ratio and average order value as well as profit delivery for the online channel.
- Responsible for strategic direction and implementation of online campaigns to drive E-commerce sales.
- Regular analysis and reporting of key figures.
- Management of trade relations with e-commerce retailers’ key account / category managers as well as last-mile 3PL partner.
- Close collaboration with Brand Marketing and Trade Marketing to explore / implement new opportunities to grow each category.
- Manage the e-commerce team and facilitate their work flow, including on-going liaison with various support departments such as finance, IT etc. Establishing new channels when the opportunity arises.

**Key Skills**:

- Good data interpretation skills and ability to make use of market trends to propose suitable recommendations.
- Ability to read and interpret P&L and understand activities’ implications on P&L.
- Possess good presentation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate and mentor direct reports.
- A multi-tasker, able to work on multiple projects / categories concurrently. Experience with digital marketing will be a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in the following fields: Marketing / Business / Finance or equivalent
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel At least 7 years’ experience in an FMCG e-commerce role with human capital management experience
