Singapore BUILDWICK ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. Full time

1. Assist superior to supervise, guide and motivate subordinate staff at work.

2. To ensure daily orders fulfilled within given KPI period according to the respective online channels.

3. Managing the picking and packing productivity of picker with efficient targeted timeline.

4. Assist in working with customer service team and close the issues immediately on pending orders or any urgent issues highlighted.

5. Ensure warehouse operations and the tasks assigned are performed properly and correctly.

6. Ensure the most effective, efficient and safe use of warehouse spaces.

7. Work with Accounts department on inventory movements, inventory quantity accuracy, and investigating stock variances.

8. Be vigilant at all time, ensure the safety of self and all people around when working.

9. Perform any other task to facilitate warehouse and company’s operations

**Job Requirements**

1. Relevant experience is preferred.

2. Physically healthy. Able to handle large quantity of stock on a daily basis, using hand-carry, trolleys, pallet jets & other equipment.

3. Experience in e-commerce fulfilment will be an additional advantage.

4. Responsible, committed, meticulous and systematic at work.

5. Able to communicate, work well with colleagues and follow company’s instructions

6. Work 5.5 days per week. Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays when necessary.
