The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including e-commerce operations, warehouse management and admin tasks.Key Responsibilities:1. E-commerce Operations: Assist in managing online store operations. Process and pack orders efficiently and accurately. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. 2. Warehouse Management: Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe. Receive and inspect incoming shipments. 3.Merchandising for Offline Sales: Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays. Support offline sales activities and promotions. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize product placement and presentation. 4. Ad-hoc duties to support managerRequirements:Previous experience in e-commerce, warehouse management, or related fields. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A can-do attitude is a must.
