**Company Introduction**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick items from inventory based on e-commerce orders.
- Carefully pack products to ensure they are secure and protected during transit.
- Label packages correctly, including addresses, tracking numbers, and other shipping details.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor of low stock items.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards before dispatch.
- Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate timely shipment of orders.
- Assist in restocking shelves and organizing the warehouse as needed.
- Follow company procedures and packing guidelines to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the E-commerce or Warehouse Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting and packing tasks.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily packing targets.
- Basic communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for liaising with Mandarin-speaking team members.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible to work weekends or overtime during peak e-commerce periods.
