Salling search is proud to be partnered with a global Shipping MNC in search for a Operations Executive to be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of vessels and offshore installations, ensuring they are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities to ensure that they are operating at optimal levels.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including finance, procurement, and HR, to ensure that operational objectives are aligned with broader company goals.
- Monitor and manage budgets for operations, ensuring that costs are controlled and that resources are allocated effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimally a Diploma in a relate field
- 2 - 4 years of offshore experience
