**About this Role**

**A Communications and Business Associate will have the following responsibilities**:

- Working closely with staff across the company to implement growth strategies
- Assisting senior team members in preparing and delivering pitches and presentations
- Drafting business documents including project proposals, letters, promotional materials
- Maintaining positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular communications
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients or business opportunities
- Assisting in development and execution of sales plans to meet business goals
- Assisting in multiple on-going commercial projects
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business documentation
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- Reporting business prospects and status updates in meetings

**Requirements**:

- 0-3 years of working experience in relevant fields
- Excellent ability of verbal and written communication
- Ability to present and explain ideas with clarity to a variety of audiences
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
- Resourcefulness, flexible mindset
- Fast learner, growth mindset
- A resilient go-getter, able to hand stressful and challenging work
- Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in any discipline

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $4,500.00 per month
