**Associate IT Engineer**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate IT engineer to join our organization. In this position, you will empower clients to use information technology to overcome problems and achieve business objectives. You must be a customer-focused collaborator with a keen interest in specializing in software and information technology systems.

You will support a team of Senior IT Consultants to deliver solutions to company's clients. You will learn about the latest industry cybersecurity products and how it can be used to solve customer's problems. Our experience staff will show you the ropes, teach and guide you so you can be successful in your role. This job is exciting and challenging as you come to interact with customers across various industries and you help tackle challenges at various levels. **Associate IT Engineer**

**Duties And Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance to clients on cybersecurity and IT infrastructures.
- Provide technical assistance to clients, including training and feedback.
- Meet with clients to determine project requirements and goals; define the scope of the partnership, plan timelines, and set deadlines.
- Travel to client locations to collaborate on projects.
- Communicate with staff at all levels of client organizations.
- Conduct research as needed to gain a thorough understanding of customers’ system specifications, work practices, and the nature of the business.
- Define client hardware, software, and network requirements.
- Analyze customers’ IT needs; provide independent and objective advice for improvement.
- Develop solutions and present proposals to clients orally and in writing.
- Implement agreed-upon solutions for new and improved IT systems.
- Assist clients through the change-management process.
- Design, test, install and monitor IT systems.
- Prepare documentation and progress reports for clients.
- Create training materials for client users and other consultants.
- Identify potential clients; build and maintain contacts.

**IT Engineer Requirements And Qualifications**
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical and Electronics (EEE) related field required.
- Good logic and analytical skills; strong problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients and colleagues.
- Min 0-2 years’ experience in IT (presales or engineering support).

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,900.00 per month
