Job Overview

**Compliance**
- Assist in the creation of Documentation and Reports to establish control systems aimed at preventing or addressing breaches of legal standards and internal protocols.
- Aid in generating reports to assess the effectiveness of controls, fostering continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the documentation of form and report modifications required by the department.
- Assist in scrutinizing projects as needed to pinpoint compliance risks and offer guidance or training.
- Collect internal Threat Intelligence data and conduct Vulnerability assessments for both internal operations and projects.
- Support the preparation of reports for presentation to senior management and external regulatory entities as needed.

**IT Services**
- Assist in the construction and configuration of the company's IT Services infrastructure.
- Collaborate with developers/DevOps to ensure adherence to established processes and functionality of IT Services.
- Contribute to the development of tools aimed at minimizing errors and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Aid in conducting root cause analyses for IT Services issues.
- Assist in the creation of digital forms and essential documentation for both internal and external projects.

Qualifications & Skills
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in Compliance and IT Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in report writing and support administrative documentation.
- Hands on experience in governance and internal controls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
