**Job Summary**:
Seeking an experienced **Service Delivery Manager (SDM)** to oversee managed data center operations and structured cabling infrastructure for a major banking client. The SDM will ensure service delivery excellence within SLAs, drive customer satisfaction, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across physical infrastructure services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end data center and cabling operations under a managed services framework.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and operational standards.
- Lead technicians, engineers, and vendors across multiple data center sites.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders and conduct service performance reviews.
- Oversee cabling (copper/fiber), provisioning, and decommissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report on SLA performance, incidents, and service improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years in service delivery or operations management (data center & cabling).
- 3+ years supporting financial or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, structured cabling standards, and data center operations.
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation (required); PMP or ISO/IEC 27001 preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or DCIM tools.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
