**Service Manager**
**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform to lead and optimize our IT service delivery processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of IT services, leveraging the capabilities of ServiceNow to drive service excellence, improve user satisfaction, and meet business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of ITIL knowledge, service management best practices, and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 + years of experience in IT Service Management roles.
- Proven experience in managing IT service delivery within a ServiceNow environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices (ITIL V4 certification preferred).
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its core modules (e.g., Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management).
- Experience in defining and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics within the ServiceNow platform.
- Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CI) for ITSM is added advantage.
