We are looking for passionate and creative individuals who could join us as a Business Development Associate at KNO Group.

**Job Description**:
A business development associate will be highly involved in managing sales, as well as working together with agents and clients closely. We prefer personnel who are team players, strategic and have strong leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategies to elevate business opportunities
- Cultivate strong relationships with business partners to maximize sales potential
- Consolidate information for sales presentations and contribute valuable ideas
- Other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements:

- GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience in office management is desirable
