In this role of a Data Centre Compliance Manager, you will assist the Senior Director, Product and Governance to ensure Data Centre policies and processes are strictly adhered to at the highest level of standards. You will take charge and support regulatory, certification and internal audits across all Data Centres while ensuring Data Centre policies and processes are in full compliance with local authorities’ regulations, certification standards and internal corporate policies. You will be required to perform Data Centre risk assessment, mitigation, and management while supporting and aligning with Singtel’s business growth and goals.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership for the Compliance Team and manage the performance of the team
- Drive Data Centre’s certifications and compliance through regular engagement with relevant stakeholders and operation team to address any gaps/area for improvements in policies and processes
- Plan and ensure regular review of Data Centre Policies and processes are carried out to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Ensure standardization and alignment of Data Centre policies and processes as well as to ensure all documented processes are filed digitally and systemically
- Plan and conduct periodic checks to ensure full compliance with Data Centres policies and processes
- Ensure the smooth conduct of audits (both internal & external) through careful planning, preparation, and coordination with the relevant stakeholders
- Perform regular risk review and put up recommendation for appropriate mitigation measures
- Ensure all audit findings are properly tracked and all issues identified are closed timely
- Support and provide advisory to the relevant stakeholders in fronting of clients’ audits and queries
- Support and provide advisory to the relevant stakeholder on logical and physical security
- Provide advice on IT infrastructure design and set up as a technical specialist
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Security, Compliance or related disciplines with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in Physical Protection of Installation, Conduct of Internal audit and Data Centre System Management
- Experience in IT Security and Internal Auditor roles will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in TIA942, TVRA, ISO27001, OSPAR
- Knowledge in SOC2, SS564, ISO46001, ISO22301
- Familiarization with audit processes
- Proficient in MS Words, Excel, Powerpoint Presentation
- Ability and experience in training and coaching is a plus.
