**Strategic Sourcing**
- Review commodity trends on regular basis and incorporate into company sourcing strategies.
- Engagement with suppliers on pricing negotiations, product quality and key commercial terms. Drives cost savings and seek improvement in response time.
- Keep ahead on geopolitical and macroeconomic events that will influence commodity pricings and markets.
- Formulate and execute innovative and cost-effective commodity strategies that include and not limited to source, identify and introduction of alternate suppliers as part of BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
- Stakeholder management. Drive and facilitate internal stakeholders for alternate source qualifications.
- Initiate, facilitate RFx and decision matrix as part of supplier selection.

**Operational Planning**
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies in order to optimize spend and inventory levels.
- Management of materials requirement changes resulting from Engineering Change Notification (ECNs) and product End of Life (EOL).
- Disposition of non-conforming, excess, obsolete, and / or high stock materials in a timely manner.
- Monitor key functional metrics (KPIs) and create regular procurement reports to optimize expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Contract management.

**Supplier Management**
- Monitoring and improvement on supplier’s delivery, operations and quality performance.
- Supplier Performance Rating & Supplier Tiering, conduct and facilitate Supplier Development Review (SDR) meeting involving management executives from both entities.
- Participate in Supplier Audit.
- Build strong relationship and networks with strategic/key suppliers & internal customers.
- Drive and execute commodity and pricing strategies. Work closely with cross functional groups. Provide feedback on supplier performance.

**Report and analytics**
- Perform data analysis and statistics to control and support sourcing strategies and strategic planning via reports spool and data dashboard.
- Job Requirements- Experienced in Semiconductor/Electronics Industry with working knowledge of legal terminologies and language related to supplier and/or vendor agreements and contracts.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Procurement/Supply Chain/Material & Warehouse Management.
- Systems skills and working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Working knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Ariba) and Power BI
