Investigation Officer

**About us** JOB DESCRIPTION**
- The Investigator will be part of a team of Investigators tasked primarily to investigate into reports of pilferages and claims lodged by airlines and institutional clients.
- At the end of the Investigations, an Investigation report is required in a short turnaround time (as directed) along prescribed format.
- The Investigator is required to conduct in-depth investigations to solve the reported case based on evidences or intelligence gathered including statements of witnesses and review of CCTV footages.
- The Investigator will be required to work on 8-12 hours rotating shifts for round
- the
- clock investigation support including weekends and public holidays.
- The Investigator will be required to coordinate with the Airport Police Division and other agencies in the course of investigations.
- The Investigator will be required to present and share completed cases for training and management reporting purposes.
**Key Responsibilities**
a. At least 3 O levels passes (including English)
b Able to work independently with good communications skills (written and verbal)
c Demonstrated ability to interact and work effectively across functional teams and at multiple levels within the organization.
d Highly organized and possesses ability to manage multiple cases or tasks concurrently.
e Experience in Investigation work in any law enforcement agency for 3 years
