**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the team, schedule deliveries of lubricant packages to customer and handle customs related matters.
- Maintain and update lubricant inventories in the SAP system and responsible for monthly stock taking.
- Maintain proper record and distribution of all documentation (eg: invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, loading advice for lubricant deliveries).
- Handle custom related matters and prepare shipping, import and export documentations.
- Raise purchase & delivery orders for JBP non stock purchases.
- Liaise with Eneos-Italsing for product blending schedule and collection of finished products.
- Schedule the deliveries of lubricant packages to local, marine and export customer and co-ordinate of vessel loadings/discharge schedule at Jurong Port.
- Co-ordinate with Marketing/ Lubricants Sales, customers, shipping agent and stuffer for container stuffing.
- Coordinate between base oil customers, Terminaling customers and Marketing /Special Products sales team.
- Comply with the Company/ Terminal HSSE procedures and regulations at all times.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as an administrator
- Working Location: Jalan Buroh (Daily shuttle pickup at Chinese Garden MRT)
