**About us**:
The role of the Technical Manager cum Trade Compliance Officer is to assist the Head of MRO in planning and supervise MRO engineer.

**Primary Duties**:

- Assist the MRO Head in planning and executing MRO strategies and supervising MRO engineers to foster a high-performance culture within the team.
- Assist in the development and management of the MRO budget.
- Coordinate and liaise with customers on any MRO related matters.
- Ensure adherence to all domestic and international trade regulations.
- Support the training and development of MRO staff to enhance skills and knowledge in maintenance practices.
