**Responsibilities**:

- Interpreting regional infra directions and strategies into particular objectives and projects formation to be established and conducted as programs.
- Supervise as program manager of deliveries, challenges and adjustment, update to management about progress and consult for advise accordingly
- Establish framework, approaching structure so the regional deployments across related projects can be smooth and effective
- Manage the milestones delivery of regional operating model strategies, continuously updating the organizational operating model base on business requirement and management direction
- Support regional audit activities both internal and external, together with regional analysis and remediation coordination to ensure standardized compliance
- Manage regional standard documentation management, creating templates, ensure system documents compliant in term of availability and regular review
- Establish and maintain regional service performance management framework and manage the KPI process
- Lead the team to support regional regulatory-related coordination to establish compliance level status and plan for follow up actions
- Manage centrally for regional system risk and inventory management

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or related fields.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or other project management certifications) are a plus.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong ability to develop project plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Solid thought process in managing structure standard document and standardization deliveries
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess infrastructure performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in managing risks and developing mitigation strategies, as well as corresponding to audit activity requirements
- Experience in setting up structure and framework for IT outsourcing managed service.
