We are seeking a **Regional Sales Manager**(ASEAN, ANZ & South Asia), based in Singapore, to drive our regional growth. This role will report directly to the **VP, Sales & Business Development**

**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintaining client relationships.
- Work with internal teams such as the Marketing and Product teams to engage audiences and clients business requirements.
- Execute defined sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offerings and value proposition.
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
- Manage and acquire strong sales pipelines.
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and customized sales solution.
- Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.
- With primary focus on ASEAN, ANZ & South Asia Markets. Support of other regions will be required when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, or IT or Equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities in English. Proficiency in other Asia Languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of payments ecosystem especially credit card offline and online payment.
- Passionate about FinTech and Payment technology.
- Good understanding of payment security standards such as PCI.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated team player - able to work independently as well as partnering with, and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Can-do attitude.
- Min 5 years solid experience in payment software and solution sales and good track record.
- Regional exposure and expertise in APAC payment and acquiring solutions.
