We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store logistics manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient flow of goods from receipt to storage, ensuring safety and compliance, and optimizing processes to support our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting and Leading the Receiving Team: Hire, train, and manage a skilled team responsible for receiving and handling incoming goods.
- Project Kick-Start: Initiate and manage the project for receiving operations, ensuring all team members are aligned with goals and timelines.
- Safety Induction: Conduct comprehensive safety inductions for the receiving team, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Efficiency and KPI Management: Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and drive the efficiency of receiving operations. Regularly analyze performance and introduce improvements.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Create and maintain SOPs for the flow of goods within the receiving area, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Goods Flow Analysis and Adaptation: Analyze the reception process and flow of goods, making adjustments based on sales data and inventory levels to optimize stock management.
- Training: Provide ongoing training for the team on best practices and new procedures related to the flow of goods.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a logistics, warehouse, or receiving role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing SOPs.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
