**Summary**

As a Producer at Pico Art International Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-profile events and activations. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of projects from inception to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Event Conceptualization and Planning**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and requirements for each event.
- Develop innovative concepts and themes that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Create comprehensive event plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

**2. Project Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of event execution, including logistics, venue selection, vendor management, and staffing.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Anticipate and mitigate any potential risks or challenges during the planning and execution phases.

**3. Creative Direction**:

- Work closely with the creative team to translate conceptual ideas into visually captivating designs and experiences.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure the integrity of the event concept is maintained throughout all elements.

**4. Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on project progress.
- Address client feedback and incorporate changes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with expectations.

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Foster a collaborative working environment by effectively communicating with cross functional teams, including production, design, and technical departments.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately, ensuring team members are equipped to deliver on project objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Min 5 years in event planning and production, preferably in a creative agency or events management company.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
