- Key Responsibilities:

- AI Business Adoption:

- Develop and implement strategies to promote the adoption of AI technologies across various business units.
- Identify and assess business needs to tailor AI solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Value Realization:

- Measure and analyze the impact of AI solutions on business performance and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize the use of AI tools and technologies.
- Develop and present case studies and success stories demonstrating the value derived from AI implementations.
- Sales Focused Activities:

- Lead and support the sales process by articulating the benefits and potential ROI of AI solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of AI capabilities to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and materials that address customer needs and drive business growth.
- Thought Leadership:

- Stay current with AI advancements and industry best practices to provide informed and relevant guidance.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries and concerns related to AI solutions and their implementation.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s/Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in developing and implementing customers CX Strategy
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, handling challenging customer situations effectively.
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks or projects with general instructions on new assignments, taking the initiative to work on new product features.
- Demonstrated analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to quickly learn new technologies and product features.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients (business and technical audiences) in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to effectively consult with clients and partners (vendors and internal teams) in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules, assisting with resolving escalated customer issues as needed.
- Foundation courses / experience in AI security / Language models
- Willingness to travel.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Genesys AI products and the Genesys Cloud Digital suite.
- Certification in AI or related fields.
- Experience in other consulting roles within the technology sector.
- Design thinking certification
