Define scalable and performant solution that provides superior experience for customers

telecom technical ecosystem and digital ecommerce domain, design an omnichannel solution

that integrates seamlessly between BSS, commerce and experience layers encompassing

multiple digital channels

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with client business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and

design scalable solutions
- Understand and Assess third-party systems for functionality and integration
- Enforce platform principals, architecture principles, separation of concerns, and best

practices for solution design
- Provide guidance to the business and technical teams, both internal and external, on

applicable options to achieve the optimal outcome for problems
- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical team to

recommend solutions to improve it.
- Resolving technical problems as they arise.
- Providing supervision and guidance to development teams.
- Continually researching the current and emerging technologies and proposing changes

where needed.
- Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions

being implemented.
- Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.

Skills and Experience - Must Have
- Overall 10+ years of experience with a minimum 5 years experience in telecom and digital,

ecommerce domains
- Proven work experience as an End-to-End Solution Architect or similar role
- In-depth understanding of CX, Digital Transformation in Telcos
- In-depth understanding of Telco Customers, Products, BSS, Architecture, Integration
- Experience in B2C Enterprise Commerce, Middleware, Microservices Design, Frontend

technologies, Content Management Systems (Adobe platforms, ReactJS, NodeJS)
- Experience in Cloud Technologies - AWS (Certification is mandatory)
- Experience with APIs, Automation, Testing - Rest, GraphQL, Postman
- Experience working with Integrations - Payment Gateways, Logistics Providers, etc
- Previous project management experience is mandatory (Certification is mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Efficient communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
